My name is Stephanie Andersen and I am a facilitator for self-healing. I intuitively teach Kundalini Yoga and Meditation and guide healing with Therapeutic Guided Imagery and Energy Balancing (Holy Fire Reiki). All the tools I use in workshops and sessions have personally helped me along my healing and awakening journey. I offer these tools knowing their beauty and power in the self-healing process.

I have had the privilege of serving others on their healing journey working as a birth doula for 20 years; helping women achieve their gentle, empowering birth love stories. I am training in Myopractics, working with the body's myofascia to help the body function optimally. I have felt connected to angels since childhood. Growing up in Germany and then leaving my country and family as a young adult, I often found myself alone and in need of solace and encouragement. For the last 10 years I took courses and have made a daily practice of communicating with the benevolent spiritual beings surrounding us. Using clairsentience (feelings) and claircognizance (knowing) I channel messages from angels and guides. Angel guidance is always for your highest good and provides clarity, insight, direction and advice in a divine and loving manner.
