I have been involved in healing arts for over 40 years! With a heart full of love and compassion, I have a gift of being a Divine messenger through the drum. I love the indigenous practice of the native drum and hold space for you to feel connection of Spirit in your heart while I drum your energy field.

I have had the privilege of serving others on their healing journey working as a birth doula for 20 years; helping women achieve their gentle, empowering birth love stories. I am training in Myopractics, working with the body's myofascia to help the body function optimally. My name is Stephanie Andersen and I am a facilitator for self-healing. I teach Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, offer Therapeutic Guided Imagery and Energy Balancing (Holy Fire Reiki). I use somatic movement, pranayama, sound, energy, imagery and journaling as tools to establish wholeness. All the tools I use in workshops and sessions have personally helped me along my journey to wholeness. I offer these tools knowing their beauty and power in the restorative process.
